Purchasing

After inscription, vous receive a login and a password which allow you to enter the customer area and activate the shipping cart.
While browsing and watching the items, you may add them to your shopping cart.
You may check and modify your shopping cart at any time.
The items listed are in Euros, all taxes included, except for shipping costs. Any purchase has to be paid in Euros.

Shipping and handling

The item(s) will be delivered at the shipping address indicated by the buyer, within 15 working days. The shipping costs are indicated at the end of the purchasing procedure.
The shipping costs include the price of an all risk insurance for the value of the item(s).

Delivery planning

The order number will allow you to follow your parcel during its transit.

Pending orders

As all the items are unique, Neap can not guarantee its delivery at the moment of purchasing. A letter of confirmation will mention the acceptance of the order.
By validating your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping fees

Any item that has to be delivered outside Belgium is made pursuant to the payment of all the necessary taxes. Residents outside Belgium must contact their national authorities.

Warranty

The purchased item or any part of the item may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, or otherwise exploited by the buyer. The artist retains the rights of his work. Any use of the image of the item is subject to an authorisation to be requested to Neap, which remains your middleman.
This contract will be governed by Belgian law. Any action at law that arises will be subject to the binding and exclusive arbitration of the courts of Dinant (Belgium).
